After a hot day, cold soup is probably what is most in demand. And who doesn't know how to cook it? However, everyone has their favorite recipe. I have neither sausage nor meat… :)

 2 l Skimmed milk kefir
 1 l Liters of pickled beets (KOK)
 550 g Cucumbers
 100 g Dill
 100 g Green bow
 5 Boiled eggs
 2 tsp. Mustard (may not be present)
 Salt (I put herb salt), pepper

Cucumbers, greens cut, grated eggs.

Mix everything, add mustard, salt, pepper, mix and enjoy!
