 1 Egg
 30 g Skimmed milk curd
 50 g Kefir (or egg white)
 40 g 10% cheese
 20 g Oat bran (or any flour other than wheat)
 39 g Dill, onions, garlic, spices of your choice

Eggs with cottage cheese thoroughly.

Add grated cheese, bran, herbs, spices.

Pour the whole mass into a very lightly oiled pan.

Bake on both sides under the lid at a very low temperature.
