 136 g Banana
 195 g An Apple
 120 g Kefir
 50 g Dates
 80 g Whole grain flour
 10 g Coconut oil
 ½ tsp Soda (or baking powder)
 Cinnamon
Preparation

Dates aplej with hot water and leave for 15 minutes.

Blend the egg with a banana and kefir.
