Fantastically delicious quick apple pie in a pan. A great way to pamper yourself and your loved ones on vacation.

 2 Eggs
 70 g Flour (I have 35g of rice + 35g of corn, others can be used)
 50 g Kefir
 200 g Apples
 10 g Butter
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Cinnamon
Directions

Eggs beaten with sweetener until the mass becomes puffy and airy.

Add kefir, baking powder and whisk again. Add flour.

Peel the apples and cut into slices, sprinkle with cinnamon.

Spread the pan with butter and put apple slices in it. Pour over the dough.

Put the lid on the pan and bake on low heat until the bottom is ready.

Using a plate, turn over and bake under the lid for ~ 5 minutes.
