
Lavash pie with apples
Lavash pie with fruit or berries is one of my most frequent treats because it's quick and easy to make and always works!
Aromatic, very tasty and healthy. Only three ingredients.

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
Put the eggs, apple and oat flakes in a bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the sweetener and cinnamon, stir and pour into the moulds. Or bake in one larger tin like a pie.
Bake in the oven at ~175 °C for ~30 minutes.
