A great juicy chicken fillet can be prepared on the grill and also on an ordinary pan.

Marinate chicken fillet the night before in mustard, adjika, lemon pepper, virtually any spices.
Put the fillet in a bag (so that it does not splash on all sides) and cover it slightly with a hammer on both sides.
Bake in a very hot pan on each side for ~ 5-5 minutes (ideal if you have a grill pan, but you can also on a regular one, which is lightly smeared with oil).
