 500 g Milk 2%
 125 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Flour (I use 50 g of whole wheat flour and 50 g of corn flour)
 15 g Oil (1 tablespoon)
 Squeezes of salt
 Vanilla

Add a pinch of sweetener, vanilla n salt to the eggs. Whipped in airy foam.

Add cottage cheese rubbed through a sieve.

Add milk and a spoonful of oil.

Pour the dough into a heated pan, which is lightly smeared with oil and fry on both sides.
