 400 g Turkey fillet mince
 600 g Cauliflower
 400 g Rutabaga
 300 g Broccoli
 150 g Cherry tomatoes
 50 g Various greens (dill, parsley, spinach)
 50 g Red curry paste
 20 g Garlic
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars Baltija"
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Bring the water in the pot to a boil.

Add salt and pepper to the turkey fillet mince and make meatballs with wet hands. Drop them into boiling water.

In the meantime, cut the rutabaga in small cubes and add to the meatballs. Squeeze the garlic through a press and add it to the pot.

Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into rosettes. Chop the greens and cut the tomatoes in half.

When the rutabaga and frikadele are half cooked, add the tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, processed cheese and curry paste. Cook until ready.
