For the first time in my life, I cooked gnocchi and I have to say, it turned out very delicious.
Easy to prepare, simple ingredients - one, two and done.

Lavash, roll and cut into ~ 2-3 mm wide strips.
Beat eggs in a bowl, add cottage cheese, salt, spices, and baking powder, and blend everything.
Cut lavash strips are added to the eggs and cottage cheese.
Mix everything, put it in the form and put the form in the oven at 175 degrees and bake for ~ 35 minutes.
