 264 g Carrot
 160 g Canned black olives
 110 g Onion
 30 g Garlic
 40 g Various greens (parsley, kinza, etc.)
 Lemon
 Salt, allspice, bay leaves, black pepper, lemon pepper and other spices of your choice.
