 1 Egg
 100 g Egg white
 100 g Fresh pumpkin
Ingredients for filling
 1 Boiled egg
 70 g Cheese 10%
 20 g Dill
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice

Grate the pumpkin finely and mix with the egg and egg white. Add salt and spices of your choice.

Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled frying pan, spread and fry on the lowest heat for ~10 minutes on one side, until golden brown on the bottom

Sprinkle the grated egg and cheese mixed with the dill over the omelette. Cover and bake for ~2 minutes.

Fold the omelette in half with a wide spatula and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
