Muesli with oat flakes, orange and dried fruit
This is one I can most definitely recommend.
Do you like the holiday? Yes! Me too! Because, then you want to prepare something special, pamper someone, please!
Pour the dates with water.
Grind the oat flakes more finely.
Add banana and dates to the oatmeal (before pouring out the water) and cover everything with a sticky mass.
Divide the dough evenly into cake tins and form baskets. You can slightly moisten your hands (very little) to make it easier to shape.
Bake in the oven for ~ 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove, cool.
Boil strawberries with sweetener (if desired, you can not put it) and whisk slightly.
Swell the gelatin in cold water. Then, dissolve in hot water and add the strawberry mass.
Strawberries can be placed in the baskets at the bottom. Fill the strawberry mass into baskets and freeze in the refrigerator.

Over the weekend, I visited my dear sister to celebrate Name Day and this time I decided to try the “big” version of the fruit cake, slightly “improving” it with another layer of blueberries and thus even reducing its Kcal amount to 100g.
Soft and delicious buns without eggs, yeast and dairy products!
It also gives a great feeling of satiety, despite the small amount of calories. It means one thing - EAT AND IN GOD!
