Pumpkin-curd waffles (pancakes)
On weekends, not only pancakes but also delicious pumpkin waffles are suitable.
If you like strawberries - then this cake is just for you.
Egg yolks are separated from egg whites.
Add milk, cocoa, flour, baking powder, sweetener to the egg yolks and mix everything into a homogeneous mass.
Whisk the egg whites into a stiff foam. Add the whipped egg whites to the cocoa mass and stir to prevent air from entering.
Pour the mass onto a baking tray using parchment paper, silicone or Teflon mat.
Put in the oven and bake for ~ 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Turn off the stove and leave for another 5 minutes. Remove, cool and cut into four parts.
Blend cottage cheese cream, cottage cheese, banana and sweetener.
Strawberries are either finely chopped or slightly blended.
Spread cottage cheese cream on a biscuit plate, apply the blended strawberries on top.
Repeat with all plates.
Spread the last layer with cottage cheese cream. The surface is decorated with strawberries.
