Zucchini whole grain brownie

Zucchini in the sweet? This is definitely not new to many, as zucchini is simply a unique vegetable. Well, here's a zucchini brownie.

 2 Eggs
 300 g Zucchini
 80 g Dates (dried)
 80 g Whole wheat flour
 30 g Cocoa
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener
Ingredients for glaze
 35 g Dark chocolate
 20 g Milk
Directions

Dates aplej with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.

Soaked dates are stuffed with eggs, cocoa and sweetener.

Finely grate the zucchini and add to the mass. (I do a few more times with the blender also with the whole zucchini “zwic-zew” for a smoother dough).

Add the flour mixed with baking powder.

The mass is poured into a form and placed in the oven at ~ 170 degrees and bake for ~ 50-60 minutes. I

Turn off the oven and leave in the oven for 15 minutes to "mature".
