 3 Eggs
 ½ whole grain lavash "Prima food" (60 g)
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 125 g Banana
 100 g Raspberries
 100 g Skimmed milk kefir 0.5%
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener of your choice
 Vanilla
Directions

Cut the lavash into thin strips (~1-2 mm).

Beat eggs in a bowl, add curd, sweetener, and baking powder and blend everything into a homogeneous mass.

Cut the banana into pieces.

Stir the sliced banana and raspberries into the egg and curd mixture.

Add the cut lavash strips and mix everything.

Put the dough in a mold and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~40 minutes.
