Lavash pie with apple is one of my most frequent treats because it's quick and easy to make and always turns out great!
I like to cook delicacies that do not require a lot of time and complex ingredients. One, two, three - it's done, and the result is magical!

Cut the lavash into thin strips (~1-2 mm).
Beat eggs in a bowl, add curd, sweetener, and baking powder and blend everything into a homogeneous mass.
Cut the banana into pieces.
Stir the sliced banana and raspberries into the egg and curd mixture.
Add the cut lavash strips and mix everything.
Put the dough in a mold and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~40 minutes.
