Cherry tart with meringue cap
As the holidays approach, fantasies are once again running wild. Cherry-curd tart with delicate meringue cap.
An interesting and healthy snack.

Mix the ground chicken fillet with chopped onion, salt, and spices. Put the mixture into a pastry bag and cut off the tip.
Squeeze the mass out of the pastry bag onto one side of the nori sheet, roll it up and set aside for ~5 minutes. I ended up with 5 rolls.
Cut each roll into 4 equal pieces. Dip them in beaten egg mixed with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in an oven or air fryer (I bake in an air fryer at 200 °C for ~15 minutes).

And again, a protein-rich breakfast. Oatmeal porridge. But this time baked in the oven.

I went to the market and, seeing the porcini mushrooms, I couldn't resist. I made a very, very tasty and filling soup!

I really enjoyed the "quick pizza pan" that I decided to bake it again, but in a larger format, with a little "improvement" for the next working week with lunch.
