I thought that pizza had not been eaten for a long time and I could make a delicious healthy pizza for lunch. From the same chicken fillet and pumpkin. Intended to be done. Fast, delicious and healthy.

 200 g Malted chicken fillet
 100 g Pumpkin (or other vegetable, such as carrot, kale)
 40 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Tomato or paprika
 60 g "Strongman" cheese (or other cheese 10%)
 Dill, garlic, salt, pepper
Preparation

Add grated pumpkin, garlic, salt, spices to the minced chicken fillet, mix everything and put on the pan - form a pancake and fry under the lid on both sides.

When ready on top put: tomato-cheese (40g) -curd-herb mixture.

At the end, sprinkle another 20g of grated cheese and let the lid heat up a bit until the cheese melts.
