 1 Egg
 400 g Chicken fillet
 250 g Mushrooms (champignons)
 190 g Cheese (any lean cheese)
 60 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 40 g Onion
 15 g Greens (parsley, dill)
 12 g Garlic
 15 g Adjika "Pures"
 10 g Mustard
 5 g Oil
 Salt, pepper, spices
Directions

Grind or blend chicken fillets and mushrooms in a food processor.

Grate cheese, finely chop bell peppers and onions, chop garlic.

Add the adzhika, mustard, grated cheese, vegetables, and egg to the ground chicken fillet. Add the spices and mix well.

Shape the cutlets with wet hands and bake them at a very low temperature for ~10-12 minutes on each side until cooked through. You can also bake them in the oven.
