
Breakfast porridge "Different"
A slightly different morning "porridge". But very, very tasty!
Amazingly tasty, soft and tender cutlets. An excellent source of protein.

Grind/blend the chicken fillets in a food processor.
Grate the zucchini, add a little salt, mix and set aside to drain.
Finely grate the carrot and cheese, chop the herbs and squeeze the garlic.
Add the adzhika, mustard, grated vegetables, and zucchini drained of excess juice, eggs, and cheese to the chicken fillet. Mix thoroughly, and add the spices.
Form the cutlets with wet hands and place them on a baking tray.
Place in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C and bake for ~60 minutes.
