I really like Korean carrot salad. Before that I bought them ready-made, but 132 Kcal per 100 gr… Well no. I tried to make "lean" Korean carrot salad myself. You know, it worked perfectly well and only 70 Kcal per 100g.
Avocado, tuna and egg - all you need to make a delicious breakfast.

Boil the egg.
Squeeze the avocado, and sprinkle it with lemon juice.
Add grated boiled egg, finely chopped red onion, tomato and minced tuna.
