Divide the broccoli into rosettes and boil, drain and cool.
Beat the eggs and cooled broccoli in a blender until smooth. Add the garlic and finely chopped tomatoes to the egg-broccoli mixture.
Drain the excess liquid from the tuna, mash it with a fork and add it to the egg-broccoli mixture. Add salt, pepper and flour. Mix everything.
Spoon the batter into the preheated waffle pan and bake the waffles. Or bake them in a regular frying pan under a lid at a very low temperature.
