Meatballs soup with vegetables
Light and very delicious meatball soup.
How I like these simple dishes. After a good early morning workout - such a breakfast is more than great!
Peel a squash, cut it into small pieces, place in a saucepan and add water ~ 200 g and bring to a boil. Add salt to taste.
Rinse the millet thoroughly and add it immediately to the pumpkin. Cut off a smaller fire, put the lid on and "sauté" for 15-20 minutes (watch out for water).
When the water has already boiled, with a spoon. stir in a silicone spatula while mashed in a porridge. Simmer while stirring.
Stir in the grated cheese and greens.

Ļoti vienkāršs, gards un veselīgs ēdiens. It īpaši – ja garšo lasis.
I added feta cheese (or cheese for a Greek salad) to a delicious warm eggplant and zucchini salad. All this taken together is just great!
