 2 Boiled eggs
 1 Egg (for smearing)
 5 Whole grain tortillas (300 g)
 135 g Smoked chicken / turkey fillet
 120 g Boiled carrots
 50 g Scallions
 50 g Cheese "Džiuga" (or any other cheese)
Directions

Boil eggs and carrots. Grate.

Finely chop chicken/turkey fillet, green feather onion, and grated cheese (I use ready-made grated cheese).

Mix everything and divide into 5 tortillas.

Moisten the edges of the tortilla with water - fold and squeeze/glue with a fork.

Smear with egg, sprinkle with seeds, and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. But you can also bake in a pan.
