
Feta cheese, egg and tomato salad (spread)
A delicious spread for breakfast.
A tasty and easy-to-prepare pie that will provide at least 4 nutritious meals.

Finely dice the chicken breast and tomatoes, grate the cheese and chop the greens. Cut the lavash into fine strips.
Beat the eggs with the skimmed milk kefir, and add the diced breast, tomatoes, herbs, cheese and chilli.
Add the sliced lavash and the baking powder. Mix everything, place in a tin, smooth and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
