Ingredients for the base (diameter of the mold 20 cm)
 2 Eggs
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Whole wheat flour
 20 g Butter
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener
Ingredients for filling
 3 Eggs
 250 g Rhubarb
 250 g Apples
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 40 g Erythritol
 Sweetener as required
 Vanilla
Directions

Beat the eggs with the skimmed-milk curd and melted butter.

Mix all the dry ingredients, add the egg-curd mixture and knead into an elastic dough. Place the dough in the fridge for ~20-30 minutes.

Take the dough out and place it in the mould, forming the sides.

Prepare the filling - cut the apple and rhubarb into small pieces.

Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese, and add the finely chopped rhubarb, apples, sweetener and vanilla.

Pour the dough into the mould and place in the oven at ~175 °C and bake for ~30-35 minutes.
