Oatmeal porridge with natural yoghurt and raspberries
Another different morning porridge, but as always very, very tasty and filling!
So let's continue with the theme of berries and fruits. A very light, airy and completely harmless low-calorie dessert for our bodies.
Bananas and strawberries cut into finer pieces. The yogurt is blended with kefir and sweetener.
Stir the fruit into the kefir-yogurt mass.
The gelatin is swollen in cold water and then dissolved in a hot water bath.
The dissolved gelatin is mixed into the yogurt-kefir and fruit mass.
Pour the mass into a container and allow to freeze in the refrigerator.
