An irresistible desire to taste delicious berry tartlets has awakened in me again! And in fact, they are really very easy to cook.
Pour boiling water over the dates and leave for 30-40 minutes to make them soft.
Add 25 g of melted butter, cottage cheese and dates to the egg, and whisk everything into a homogeneous mass.
Add baking powder to the flour and add to the egg-curd-date mass.
Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for ~1 hour.
Put the berries with sweetener in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch to the water, stir and add to the berries. Stir and cook until the berries thicken. Remove, and cool down.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator, put it in a tartlet mold, and form "sides". Put the berry mass into the mold.
Put in the oven at ~180 °C degrees and bake for ~30 minutes.
