Tarts with chocolate and strawberries (without baking)
Strawberries all around! It is a sin not to use them. And if the avocado is ready and the banana is overripe, then a delicacy without sugar and sweeteners is created.
I have woken up again with an unstoppable desire for delicious berry tarts, so they will be there! And in fact, they are really very easy to make.
Dates aplej with boiling water and leave for 30 - 40 minutes to stay soft.
Add 25g of melted butter, cottage cheese and dates to the egg - all is smoothed into a homogeneous mass.
Add baking powder to the flour and add the eggs - curd - to the date mass.
Knead the dough and place in the refrigerator for ~ 1 hour.
Put the berries with sweetener in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch to the water, stir and add the berries. Stir and cook until the berries thicken. Remove, cool.
The dough is removed from the refrigerator and placed in a tart form, forming "sides" and filled with boiled berry mass.
Put in the oven at ~ 180 degrees and bake for ~ 30 minutes.
