I have woken up again with an unstoppable desire for delicious berry tarts, so they will be there! And in fact, they are really very easy to make.

 50 g Dates
 ½ tsp Baking powder
Ingredients for Stuffing
 550 g Berries (raspberries + wild blueberries)
 40 g Water
 20 g Corn starch
 Sweetener, vanilla

Dates aplej with boiling water and leave for 30 - 40 minutes to stay soft.

Add 25g of melted butter, cottage cheese and dates to the egg - all is smoothed into a homogeneous mass.

Add baking powder to the flour and add the eggs - curd - to the date mass.

Knead the dough and place in the refrigerator for ~ 1 hour.

Put the berries with sweetener in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch to the water, stir and add the berries. Stir and cook until the berries thicken. Remove, cool.

The dough is removed from the refrigerator and placed in a tart form, forming "sides" and filled with boiled berry mass.

Put in the oven at ~ 180 degrees and bake for ~ 30 minutes.
