Ingredients for the Substrate
 1 Egg
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Flour (I put 30g of rice + 40g of corn). I had a packet of cottage cheese - quite wet, so I put 70g of flour.
 25 g Coconut oil (or butter)
Ingredients for Filling
 450 g Apples (already peeled, sliced)
 Sweetener
Ingredients for Meringue "hat"
 120 g Egg white
 10 g Corn starch
 A pinch of citric acid
 A pinch of salt
 Sweetener
Directions

Add cottage cheese, sweetener, melted oil / butter and blend.

Add flour and knead the dough.

Put the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Peel the apples, cut them into pieces and lightly fry in a pan with the sweetener until they become soft but do not lose their shape. Cool.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and form, forming the side edges.

For 15 minutes, place in the oven at ~ 180 degrees to slightly "tear" the dough. Remove, cool.

Whisk the egg whites in a stiff foam by adding a pinch of salt and a pinch of citric acid.

When whipped stiff foam add sweetener and cornstarch.

Put the chilled apples in the cooled, half-baked tartar, cover the meringue "cap" on top.

Reduce the temperature in the oven to 140 degrees and make the form bake again for ~ 40-50 minutes (until the meringue browns beautifully).
