With a very simple and affordable product you can make a great sweet snack.
A healthy, tasty bread with a crispy crust, lots of fibre and low in calories.

Cover the flaxseed and psyllium with 300 g of water and set aside to swell for ~15 minutes.
Mix the bran with the baking powder and salt, and add to the psyllium-linseed mixture.
Mix the dough and shape the loaf with wet hands.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
Remove, cover with a towel and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
