 170 g Skimmed milk curd
 150 g Skimmed milk kefir
 150 g Cheese 10%
 100 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 40 g Green bows, dill
 Salt, spices, garlic

Beat the eggs with cottage cheese and kefir.

Add grated cheese, onions, and garlic.

Add flour, mix and put in the form.

Put in a preheated 175 °C oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Or fry in a frying pan under a lid on very low heat (~ 10 min on one side and ~ 5 min on the other side).
