 2 Eggs
 100 g Skimmed milk kefir
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Whole wheat flour (I used whole wheat flour)
 50 g “Suluguni” cheese or other cheese with a fat content of about 23%
 30 g Sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 1 tsp. Soda
 Dried garlic (or fresh), any herbs of choice
 Salt
Directions

Grate the cheese. Blend the eggs with cottage cheese. Heat the kefir slightly and add soda (a reaction takes place).

Add the "swollen" kefir, flour with baking powder, and spices to the eggs with cottage cheese.

Add grated cheese, dried from oil, and finely chopped dried tomatoes, and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 6 cupcake molds or bake one whole pie, and then divide it into portions.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Place in the oven at 175 °C and bake for ~25 minutes.
