
Avocado, cottage cheese and tomato salad (spread)
Another delicious, simple and easy-to-prepare breakfast.
Cheese cookies have been very popular since I was a child. Today, however, I am aware that what is bought in the store is a Kcal ball. Better already, then prepare them yourself and 3x less Kcal.

Eggs are blended with cottage cheese, salt, spices.
Grate the cheese and stir in the curd mass.
Stir in flour, baking powder and mix everything.
Put the mass in a pastry bag (or like me - just in the bag I cut the corner for) and squeeze the cookies onto a tray. I got 18 pieces.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees until ready.
It was very tasty, but probably more soft cookies.
