 450 g Cucumber
 270 g Marinated button mushrooms
 200 g Chicken breast (fried or grilled)
 200 g Skimmed curd "Amfora Varske"
 100 g Scallions
 12 g Russian mustard
 10 g Honey
 Herb salt

First, make the mayonnaise: blend 3 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, cottage cheese, mustard, honey, and a pinch of salt in a blender.

Cut/chop the remaining ingredients: egg whites, cucumbers, chicken breast, and scallions.

Mix all with mayonnaise.
