Banana-cocoa muffins with walnuts and raisins (without eggs)
There are people among us who cannot eat eggs. Here's another recipe for an egg-free snack.
Hearty, spicy and infinitely delicious! I will definitely cook it over and over again! And there is so little kcal in it that it is not a sin to eat and enjoy it!
Add 2 eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, spices to the skimmed milk cheese and mix the dough.
The dough is placed in a baking form and forms a base with slightly damp edges.
Finished filling: grated eggs, onion, finely chopped dill, grated cheese, squeezed garlic - all mixed with egg white and natural yogurt.
Add spices to taste and pour the mass into the base.
Put the mold in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for ~ 40-45 minutes (until ready).
Finished product weight 1310
