With a crispy crust and a healthy delicious wholemeal oat and seed bread. It's so easy and quick to cook.

If wholemeal oat flakes are used, they are finely ground.
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of soda in the kefir and leave to "effect". (I warmed the kefir a little before).
Weigh the seeds and stir in the oatmeal. Add kefir to the flour with soda, salt, spices. Mix everything and place under a towel for 10 minutes to "rest".
Put the dough with wet hands on a baking sheet and form a small loaf or several small "round buns".
Cut with a knife, sprinkle the seeds on top.
Put in the oven at first for 15 -20 minutes at 220 degrees, then t cut to 180 degrees and bake for ~ 25-30 minutes.
When the bun is baked, remove it, wrap it in a towel and leave it to cool completely.
