
Cold Soup
After a hot day, cold soup is probably what you crave most. And who doesn’t know how to make it? Still, everyone has their own favorite recipe. Mine doesn’t have any sausage or meat… :)
It's sinless and delicious!

Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and marinate them in a mixture of spices. I like to do this (marinate the meat) the night before. I use adjika "Pūres" and mustard.
Sagriež sīpolu un ķiploku un liek uzkarsētā pannā ar 5 g eļļas apcept. Pievieno vistas filejas gabaliņus, maisot apcep/sautē. Es izmantoju dziļo pannu.
Add frozen vegetables, rinsed canned beans, curry paste, curry, salt, coconut milk, and spices. Cover the pan and simmer everything over medium heat for another 7 minutes.
