 800 g Frozen vegetables
 500 g Chicken fillet
 250 g Mushrooms (champignons)
 250 ml Coconut milk 18%
 250 g Canned red beans
 143 g Onion
 30 g Red curry paste
 20 g Garlic
 10 g Extra virgin olive oil
 Curry
 Salt (I have herb salt)

Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and marinate them in a mixture of spices. I like to do this (marinate the meat) the night before. I use adjika "Pūres" and mustard.
