 1 Egg
 100 g Kefir
 30 g Flour (I use rice, but you can use whole grain oat flakes - grind / blend them))
Ingredients for filling
 30 g Cream cheese "Latgale" (12,9%)
 120 g Tomato
 Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat the egg with kefir, add salt, flour.

Pour the dough into a pan and fry on low sides on both sides. Cool.

Spread fresh cheese, put tomato slices on top and enjoy!
