
Thick pizza with chicken and mushrooms
I really enjoyed the "quick pizza pan" that I decided to bake it again, but in a larger format, with a little "improvement" for the next working week with lunch.
Omelettes can be so different. But definitely delicious and healthy.

Beat the egg with egg white.
Add squeezed tuna, sliced onions, salt, spices. Mix everything.
Bake a "pancake" on both sides.
In the middle put the grated cheese and fold.
Balsamic sauce on top. Enjoy your meal!
