Ingredients
 1 Egg (or 2 small eggs, egg white)
 100 g Egg white
 70 g Canned tuna in its own juice
 30 g Cherry tomato
 25 g Bows + dill
 30 g Cheese Sparrow (or other flat cheese)
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice
Preparation

Beat the egg with egg white.

Add squeezed tuna, sliced onions, salt, spices. Mix everything.

Bake a "pancake" on both sides.

In the middle put the grated cheese and fold.

Balsamic sauce on top. Enjoy your meal!
