Sinfully delicious. Not low calorie, but still relatively healthy. A great alternative to store-bought sweets for kids.

Roast peanuts in a frying pan without adding fat or in the microwave in pulses (2 min.). Chop the nuts.
Shred the rice galettes (I did this in a food processor).
Mix 50 g honey with 50 g peanut butter in a bowl.
Add chopped nuts and galettes. Mix everything and place in a mould lined with baking paper (or in a silicone mould).
Compact the mass.
Pour over the melted chocolate and sprinkle with walnuts.
