Healthy chocolate-nut muesli

Sinfully delicious. Not low calorie, but still relatively healthy. A great alternative to store-bought sweets for kids.

Healthy chocolate-nut muesli

Ingredients
 200 g Dark chocolate without sugar "RED"
 60 g Honey
 60 g Peanut butter without sugar
 60 g Roasted peanuts (without salt and sugar)
 50 g Rice galettes
 15 g Caramelized walnuts
Directions

Roast peanuts in a frying pan without adding fat or in the microwave in pulses (2 min.). Chop the nuts.

Shred the rice galettes (I did this in a food processor).

Mix 50 g honey with 50 g peanut butter in a bowl.

Add chopped nuts and galettes. Mix everything and place in a mould lined with baking paper (or in a silicone mould).

Compact the mass.

Pour over the melted chocolate and sprinkle with walnuts.
