Whole grain gingerbread

 15 g Gingerbread seasoning

The bowl combines all the dry ingredients (flour, soda, gingerbread seasoning).

Put honey in a saucepan, butter sugar and melt while stirring until the mass boils. Cook for a minute, remove.

As soon as the bubbles disappear in the pot - add and stir the dry ingredients. Easy to do with a silicone spatula.

When the flour is mixed, add cold milk. Stir.
The mass will be very soft - it will not resemble gingerbread dough at all. Just peace! That is how it should be. The dough is placed on a cling film, satin and placed overnight in the refrigerator.

Remove the dough about 30 minutes earlier before baking the biscuits. Roll out and bake the cookies at 180 degrees, ~ 7-8 minutes - depending on the thickness of the stove and the rolled out dough.
