 225 g Canned red beans
 198 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 100 g Korean carrots
 40 g Whole grain couscous
 60 g Boiling water
 50 g Scallions
 20 g Garlic
Directions

Boil water and pour 40 g of couscous with 40 g of hot water. Place the plate on the dish and set aside.

Cut chicken fillet, peppers, green onions, squeeze garlic, cut finely Korean carrots.
