 300 g Buttermilk 0,5% (or skimmed milk kefir)
 180 g Flour (90 g whole wheat flour + 90 g corn flour)
 5 g Soda
 Salt, spices of your choice
Ingredients for filling
 3 Boiled eggs
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Tea cheese (10%) or other lean cheese
 50 g Cheese 10%
 80 g Greens (dill, scallions, spinach)
 15 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, various dried herbs, sun-dried tomatoes

Add the soda to the buttermilk and leave to take effect.

Beat 3 eggs.

Add the beaten eggs to the buttermilk. Add the flour, and beat again.

Knead the curd and mix with the grated cheese, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper.

Pour half of the dough into the baking tin, top with the curd-cheese mixture and pour over the remaining dough. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Place in the oven and bake at 170 -175 °C for ~35 minutes.
