Hatchapuri
Once again, one great, fast version of "hachapuri." Fast, easy and infinitely delicious!
As I like summer, when different berries and fruits ripen one after another. This time I was hit by honey yellow yellow plums!
Plums cut into small pieces.
Add soda to the kefir, stir and leave for 10 minutes.
Whisk the eggs with erythritol (about 3 minutes).
Beaten eggs add kefir with fine, vanilla. Stir and add flour. I use a frother so that no "lumps" remain.
Pour the sliced plums into the dough, pour into the dough and bake in the oven at ~ 175 degrees for ~ 30 - 35 minutes (depending on the depth of the stove).
