Pie with yellow plums

As I like summer, when different berries and fruits ripen one after another. This time I was hit by honey yellow yellow plums!

Ingredients
 3 Small eggs
 350 g Yellow plums
 150 g Flour (I use corn flour + buckwheat flour)
 150 g Kefir 0.5%, or buttermilk, or Lacto
 40 g Erythritol (or other sweetener)
 1 tsp. Soda
 Stevia (or any other sweetener of your choice)
 Vanilla
Directions

Plums cut into small pieces.

Add soda to the kefir, stir and leave for 10 minutes.

Whisk the eggs with erythritol (about 3 minutes).

Beaten eggs add kefir with fine, vanilla. Stir and add flour. I use a frother so that no "lumps" remain.

Pour the sliced plums into the dough, pour into the dough and bake in the oven at ~ 175 degrees for ~ 30 - 35 minutes (depending on the depth of the stove).
