Whole grain peach tarte

Ingredients
 1 Egg white (~ 37g)
 100 g Whole grain flour
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 200 g Peaches (or other fruits, berries)
 60 g Hot water
 15 g Coconut oil
 7 g Brown sugar (may not be available)
 Sweetener

Add oil, sweetener to hot water and add to flour.

Mix the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out in a circle and form small edges (sides).

In the middle put curd mixed with egg whites and sweetener.

On top put sliced peach slices, sprinkled with brown sugar.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake ready.
