My holiday simple breakfast. Millet with cheese and greens. Simple, hearty and delicious.
How I love these whole grain tartes! I definitely recommend you try it!

Add oil, sweetener to hot water and add to flour.
Mix the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out in a circle and form small edges (sides).
In the middle put curd mixed with egg whites and sweetener.
On top put sliced peach slices, sprinkled with brown sugar.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake ready.
