Super delicious whole grain buns! For those who do not like artificial additives - a good solution to bake their own delicious, healthy bread. One, two and ready!

Ingredients
 1 Egg
 100 g Kefir 0.5 %
 100 g Rye flour
 30 g Whole wheat flour
 3 tsp. Linseed (or sesame seeds)
 3 tsp. Cumin
 ½ tsp. Baking powder or soda
 Salt, spices to taste (I really like Provencal herbs)
 Sprinkle: seed mix
Directions

Kefir is mixed with baking powder or soda, spices and allowed to act.

Add the egg, both flour, mix with a spoonful of dough (the dough sticks to the hands).

Set it aside for 10 minutes to “rest.

Then form round buns with wet hands, sprinkle with seeds and place in the oven at 175 degrees for ~ 30 minutes.
