Easter is coming! For the first time I am trying my Easter cake!

Whole grain Easter cake
Servings4 Servings
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 1 Egg
 120 g Ripe Banana
 100 g Whole wheat flour
 100 g Candied fruits (apricots + cranberries + ginger)
20 g Oil (coconut or butter)
  tsp. Soda
If you want you can add a sweetener (I didn't)
Directions
1

Blend the banana with egg and melted oil.

2

Add flour and soda. Stir in the floured candied fruits (so that they do not sink to the bottom of the dough).

3

Place the dough in a baking tray and bake until ready to ~170 degrees, about 40 minutes.

4

For the icing: egg white + icing sugar + lemon juice.

Zucchini roll with cheese in a pan

Zucchini roll with cheese (pan)

What can only be made from courgettes! This time I share an unrealistically delicious, gentle and hearty zucchini roulette. A little effort, but it's worth it!

Mango marshmallow cake with raspberries

Mango marshmallow cake with raspberries (no bake)

Today, a new cake is being prepared with flavors and products that my soulmate likes the most. This time I didn't try to make it less caloric, but even without a lot of saving calories, its nutritional value is excellent. Only 123 kcal/100 g!
