 100 g Skimmed milk kefir
 50 g Cheese 10%
 70 g Whole grain flour
 15 g Cumin
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, garlic peppers, herbs

Beat the egg with kefir, salt, spices, add grated cheese, cumin, flour.

Mix the dough and divide into molds.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for ~ 20-25 minutes.
