Toasts with cottage cheese, apples, and walnuts
Something very delicious. Perfectly useful if you want something sweet and none of Ineta's delicacies have been prepared -:)
Something new and a little different. I know that there are many people, especially young students, who have not yet bought an oven, just have this "appliance", but want some goodies. I hope you enjoy this cake.
Blueberries or blackcurrants slightly boiled and blended. Add sweetener if necessary.
Finished biscuit - eggs are blended with banana, sweetener, cocoa and baking powder. Pour the mass into a container and place in the microwave for max power. I put 800W on for 7 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool.
Finished cream - add ricotta, whipped berries, protein (or sweetener) to the cottage cheese and whisk everything together.
Carefully cut the cooled biscuit lengthwise in half and cut one half into small cubes.
Stir the sliced biscuit into the cream.
Find a container (bowl) that matches the diameter of the biscuit and spread with cling film (preferably in 2 coats).
Put the mixed cream with the biscuit in the bowl, but place the other half of the biscuit on top.
Cover with cling film and place in a refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
In the morning we "unpack" our cake, decorate and enjoy.

I wanted to make myself a pizza with a crispy hard edge..:) And with two opposite tastes - salty and sweet...
Simple toasties with cottage cheese and scallions. A classic, I have to say. And classics are always "fashionable" and delicious!
An irresistible desire to taste delicious berry tartlets has awakened in me again! And in fact, they are really very easy to cook.
