Pica ar vistas fileju ziedkāpostu tomātiem un olīvām bez miltiem
Servings2 Servings
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients for the Base
 250 g Ground chicken fillet
 100 g Cauliflower (or pumpkin)
 60 g Onion
 30 g Natural yogurt
 30 g Adjika (I use "Pūres")
 8 g Garlic
Salt, pepper spices of your choice
Ingredients for top
80 g Cheese 'Bresto light' (or 10 % cheese or other lean cheese)
 80 g Tomato
 50 g Pickled cucumber
 50 g Black olives
 20 g Dill
Directions
1

Add the egg, chopped cauliflower (I chopped it in a food processor together with the chicken fillet and egg), garlic, salt and spices to the chicken mince.

2

Mix everything, place on a baking tray in a circle (~ 30 cm) and put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 °C.

3

In the meantime, cut the tomato and the pickled cucumber. Mix the yoghurt with the adjika.

4

Remove the pizza base from the oven and top with the adjika-yoghurt mixture.

5

Top with tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. Sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for ~10 minutes until the cheese melts.

Enjoy your meal!
