Add egg, baking powder. Add chopped nuts and dried fruit. Leave for 20 minutes for the flakes to swell.

Put in shape and put in the oven for ~ 1h-1h 15 minutes at ~ 150-160 degrees (be sure to brown and bake). If the shape is shallower, then fry less, if deeper, then longer.
